Become The Next Hotspot!
Applications are now open to host the Circular Economy Hotspot 2028, one of the leading international events dedicated to accelerating the transition to a circular economy.
The Circular Economy Hotspot brings together business leaders, policymakers, researchers, innovators and civil society representatives from around the world to exchange knowledge, showcase solutions and build partnerships that drive systemic change.
Who can apply?
Cities, regions, countries, as well as organisations and partnerships with the capacity to organise and finance a large-scale international event, are invited to apply.
What does hosting involve?
The selected host will organise the 2028 Circular Economy Hotspot in collaboration with the international Circular Hotspot network. The event typically includes:
- A 2–3 day programme
- High-level conferences and panel discussions
- Networking and matchmaking opportunities
- Site visits showcasing circular economy solutions
- A circular-by-design approach to event organisation
