What can I expect at the event?
A three-day international circular economy summit focusing on the practical implementation of sustainability.
- October 5 – Opening Reception (networking and award ceremony) at Kimpton BEM Hotel (separate registration required)
- October 6 – Conference day at the MNB Lámfalussy Conference Centre with international speakers and interactive sessions
- October 7 – Practical day with on-site partner visits across 4 external locations
What payment methods are available? Can I pay on-site?
Payment is available via credit card. The bank transfer is only available for companies. In case of bank transfer, the participation fee must be settled within 7 working days after confirmation. On-site payment is not available; entry is subject to prior payment.
How does entry work?
Entry is granted upon presentation of the confirmation email and signing the attendance sheet. The event will only be held online in highly exceptional cases involving unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Entry is based solely on the confirmation email. If the confirmation email cannot be found in your inbox or Spam folder, please contact us at cehotspotbudapest@bcsdh.hu.
What ticket types and discounts are available?
- Ticket Types: Conference Day (+ site visit), and optionally selectable Opening Reception and Closing Reception.
- Early Bird: Take advantage of our discounted rates, available for all participants until 30 June, 23:59.
- BCSDH Member Companies: Exclusive discounted participation fee, plus free access to the BCSDH Academy Circular Economy module (valued at 60,000 HUF). To apply, enter your member code in the “Unique code” field.
- Automatic Discounts (no code required):
- 10% Bundle discount for booking the conference and receptions together.
- Additional 10% Group discount for registrations of 5 or more people.
- Free Categories: SPEAKER, VIP, PRESS (registration is mandatory for these categories as well).
What does the conference ticket include? Does it cover accommodation?
The conference ticket includes:
- access to all professional sessions
- participation in the October 7 on-site partner visits
- catering on October 6
The Opening and Closing Receptions require separate tickets.
Accommodation is not included.
What happens if the event is sold out?
The capacity of the venues is limited; therefore, tickets are available in limited numbers. Once a program reaches its maximum capacity, a waiting list will be opened. Should a spot become available, those on the waiting list will be notified in the order of their sign-up. We recommend registering early to secure your place!
Will catering be provided?
Full catering is provided on October 6. Catering is also available at the receptions with a separate ticket.
What language will the conference be held in?
The event will be held in English and Hungarian, with simultaneous interpretation available on-site.
Will the sessions be available online?
No, this is an in-person event, and no streaming or recordings will be provided.
How do cancellation and name changes work?
Tickets are non-refundable.
However, they are transferable. Please send name change requests to cehotspotbudapest@bcsdh.hu.
