Árpád Goszták graduated as an economist in Szolnok and started working at Magyar Kábel Művek in 1996 within the framework of the dual, bilingual economic training program established by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Between 1998 and 2005, he worked in controlling and sales at Siemens Rt. In 2006, he became Head of Business Administration in the manufacturing department of Siemens Erőműtechnika Kft in Budapest’s 15th District. From 2011, he served as Head of Finance at the Gas&Power Turbine Component Factory, part of Siemens Zrt. Between 2018 and 2020, he was a Managing Board Member of Siemens Energy Hungary. Since 2020, he has been the Managing Director of Siemens Energy, a newly established company created following the global separation of the Gas&Power business unit, employing approximately 2,400 people in Hungary. Between 2023 and 2025, he has also served as Head of Business Development for Siemens Energy in the Eastern European region.
