Dr Ágnes Fábián is an economist and business executive, and the former Managing Director of Henkel Hungary. She has more than two decades of domestic and international leadership experience in sales, strategic management, organisational development and international business development, having held both regional and Hungary-based leadership positions throughout her career. She has also played an active role in the leadership of several prominent professional organisations, including BCSDH, the Joint Venture Association, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Hungarian Brand Association. Since May 2026, she has served as State Secretary for Economic Development at the Ministry for National Economy and Energy. In this role, her key priorities include strengthening the competitiveness of Hungarian businesses, fostering innovation and economic growth, and enhancing cooperation between the business and public sectors.
