As the Founder and CEO of Grapoila, Marianna combines her expertise as a certified economist and food engineer to pioneer sustainable food production in Hungary. Her vision was to create a circular model that transforms oil-pressing by-products into valuable, nutrient-rich ingredients. Thanks to this innovative approach, Grapoila produces cold-pressed oils, gluten-free seed flours, natural cosmetics, and gourmet specialties—such as vegan mayonnaise and sunflower-based drinks—using a unique zero-waste technology. Marianna’s work is driven by environmental awareness and social responsibility as she continuously seeks new solutions for healthier, more sustainable nutrition.
