Dóra Kasza holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Polymer Engineering. Throughout her career, she has been strongly committed to innovation. She led the establishment of an R&D laboratory to deepen materials science capabilities and support the transition toward sustainable solutions, particularly in the field of recycled plastics. Over the past decade, she has been responsible for managing food packaging production, including the successful development of proprietary 100% recycled PET materials suitable for food-contact applications. Her focus is on embedding the principles of the circular economy across the organization, ensuring long-term sustainability and competitiveness. She is currently the Director of the Packaging Division at Jász-Plasztik Kft..
