Attila Chikán Jr. – Chairman and CEO of ALTEO Plc. – holds a degree in economics and has over a decade of professional and leadership experience in the energy sector. Under his leadership since its founding, the ALTEO Group has become a key market player. He is committed to sustainability and has served as President of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH) since 2016.

He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AutoWallis Plc., and a member of the Supervisory Boards of Kék Bolygó Climate Protection Investment Ltd. and the Kék Bolygó Climate Protection Fund. Since 2023, he has been a Board member of MÁV-START Ltd. and Volánbusz Ltd., and is active in the Hungarian Economic Association and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He is also a Supervisory Board member of UNICEF Hungary and runs the blog “Chikansplanet”.
