Dalma has been working at the crossroads of innovation, startups, and sustainability for the past 15 years. She graduated from HEC Paris Alternative Management, where she acquired cutting-edge knowledge on how companies should respond to pressing environmental and social challenges. She worked at BeCitizen, the leading sustainability consulting firm based in Paris, and became an advocate and expert in the collaborative economy. Recently, Dalma served as Director of Business Development and Technology Transfer at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, leading efforts to build meaningful, design-driven, and impactful collaborations with engaged corporates, NGOs, and local governments. Ex-Microsoft for Startups country manager, TEDxYouth speaker, selected as the Most Influential Woman at the Central European Startup Awards.
