Martin Basila is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sensoneo, a global provider of smart waste management solutions. The company employs more than 160 professionals and delivers software and hardware solutions worldwide, with deployments in over 90 countries across five continents. Over the past decade, Sensoneo has developed strong expertise in IT systems for Deposit Return Schemes through involvement in nine national programmes. Martin has extensive experience in managing complex IT projects and system integrations. Before co-founding Sensoneo, he worked at Ability Development, Infineon Technologies, Ness Technologies, and Infosys Technologies, as well as at his first IT venture.
