Barbora Kotoun is Global Leader for Circularity at Ingka Group, where she is driving circular transformations in global retail – spanning 32 markets and millions of customers worldwide. She has been leading tests and pilots of scalable circular retail models, integrating circularity into core business strategy, and building cross-value chain EPR cost management framework. She holds a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Double Master’s in International Economics and Econometrics from the University of Antwerp.
