Jelenleg a Bay Zolt\u00e1n Kutat\u00f3k\u00f6zpont K+F igazgat\u00f3ja, ahol strat\u00e9giai jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 kutat\u00e1si programokat ir\u00e1ny\u00edt, fejleszti az ipari egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9seket, \u00e9s hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul az innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00f6kosziszt\u00e9ma er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez.
