P\u00e1ly\u00e1j\u00e1t 1981-ben kezdte az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151iparban, f\u0151k\u00e9nt kivitelez\u00e9si ter\u00fcleten, ahol k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9ppel t\u00e1mogatott szervez\u00e9s keltette fel az \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t. 1994-t\u0151l ingatlanbefektet\u00e9si szak\u00e9rt\u0151k\u00e9nt teljes fejleszt\u00e9si projektek ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val foglalkozott. 1996-ban csatlakozott a Graphisoft R&amp;D-hez, ahol az irodapark fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt, b\u00e9rbead\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt \u00e9s \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt felelt. 2006-ban a Graphisoft Park SE \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3, t\u0151zsd\u00e9n jegyzett c\u00e9gg\u00e9 v\u00e1lt, amelynek megalakul\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3ja volt.<\/p>\n<p>2025 j\u00falius 1-j\u00e9n adta \u00e1t a vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3i poz\u00edci\u00f3t, \u00e9s az\u00f3ta az igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1g tagjak\u00e9nt t\u00e1mogatja a v\u00e1llalat munk\u00e1j\u00e1t. A fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1g kezdett\u0151l kiemelt szerepet kapott: a ter\u00fclet mintegy 60%-a z\u00f6ldfel\u00fclet, amelyet a biodiverzit\u00e1s figyelembev\u00e9tel\u00e9vel alak\u00edtottak ki. Az \u00e9p\u00fcletek korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban az energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s \u00e9s a karbonl\u00e1bnyom cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se \u00e1ll.
