Bachelor of Economics (1993) and Doctor of Business Administration (PhD, 2001). She has been Managing Partner at IFUA Horváth & Partners Kft. since 2005. She is also an Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest, Director of the Budapest Performance Management Research Center, and founder of IFUA Nonprofit Partner NKft. She brings three decades of experience in management consulting and has led more than 300 projects in strategic management, corporate governance, transformation, and operations across a wide range of industries. Her work includes numerous assignments in agribusiness, food, life sciences, and automotive (OEMs and suppliers), as well as in healthcare, R&D, waste management, and utility services. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Hungarian Business Council for Sustainable Development.
