Ádám Vida is an innovation expert with 15 years of research and development (R&D) experience, working at the interface of scientific research, industrial applications, and business utilization. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous national and international R&D projects, with a focus on energy, materials science, and deep tech solutions. He is currently R&D Director at the Bay Zoltán Research Centre, where he oversees strategically important research programmes, develops industrial collaborations, and supports the innovation ecosystem. His work focuses on transforming research results into market-ready technologies and aligning scientific and business perspectives.

Ádám is also CEO of Edortech Ltd., which is developing one of the country’s largest lithium-ion battery projects. The company aims to create modern, industrial-scale energy storage solutions that support sustainable energy management and the green transition.
