Tamás Isaák is Head of Growth at Munch, Central and Eastern Europe’s leading food rescue platform, active in Hungary, Czechia, Romania and Slovakia, where it helps bakeries, restaurants and retailers sell their daily surplus before it becomes waste. Tamás is responsible for scaling the company’s partner and sales processes: getting more partners on board, helping them succeed early on, and steadily growing the share of surplus food they manage to sell. To do this, he works closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams, building efficient, automated processes across all four markets. His goal is simple: less good food ending up as waste, and more of each partner’s daily surplus finding a buyer – at a discount, for businesses and shoppers alike.
