Evelin Keresztesi-Molnár graduated in Economics from Budapest University of Economics and Business and built nearly 15 years of experience at Intrum across finance, operations, shared services, and business transformation, where she held various specialist and leadership roles, including Head of Administrative Group of Appointments and Demand Shopping Manager. After joining Siemens Energy in 2021, she has played a key role in strengthening operational excellence and project execution capabilities in Hungary while contributing to the growth of the CD&NUC function into a recognized engineering and digitalization hub supporting global projects. As Head of the organization since 2025, she has been driving the development of digitalization, automation, engineering, and nuclear competencies, supporting Siemens Energy’s transformation and growth.

Her leadership is rooted in empowering people, fostering collaboration and turning strategic priorities into tangible business results.
